At Guest Supplies Ireland, we are a predominantly a trade-only supplier and do not supply goods for private or personal use. All prices displayed are subject to VAT at the current rate.

1. Interpretation

  • “Conditions” means these Terms and Conditions.
  • “Contract” means the agreement formed for the sale of Goods.
  • “Customer” refers to any business or purchaser buying from Guest Supplies Ireland.
  • “Goods” means all products supplied by Guest Supplies Ireland.
  • “Writing” includes electronic communication and comparable formats.
  • “Guest Supplies Ireland” refers to the business registered at:
    Doolin View, Teergonean, Doolin, Co. Clare, Ireland, V95 E894.

2. Basis of Sale & Variations

  • A Contract is formed when Guest Supplies Ireland confirms the Customer’s order in writing.
  • These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, govern all sales unless varied in writing.
  • Recommendations made in product materials are offered in good faith, but suitability is the Customer’s responsibility.
  • We do not operate a sale-or-return policy.
  • We may cancel orders before dispatch without liability.
  • Orders may be cancelled by the Customer within 5 days in writing for a full refund.

3. Product Specifications

We may update product specifications to comply with statutory regulations or manufacturing improvements without affecting quality.

4. Pricing & VAT

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All prices exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery and administration charges will be applied separately.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed via WorldPay. Accepted methods include:

  • Visa (credit/debit), Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron.

Payment is taken when the order is dispatched. By placing an order, you confirm:

  • Your details are accurate.
  • You’re authorised to use the payment method.
  • You have sufficient funds or credit available.

6. Delivery & Acceptance

  • Delivery is to your default business address unless otherwise specified.
  • Delivery times are estimated; we are not liable for delays.
  • Goods must be inspected upon receipt. Claims for loss/damage must be made within 5 days.
  • Refused deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.
  • Unwanted goods may be returned within 14 days if unused and in resalable condition. Notification must be within 7 days of receipt.

7. Risk & Ownership

  • Ownership remains with Guest Supplies Ireland until full payment is received.
  • Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
  • In case of non-payment or insolvency, we may repossess goods.

8. Warranties & Liability

  • We guarantee goods match their specifications and are free from material defects on delivery.
  • We’re not liable for issues resulting from misuse, incorrect storage, or unauthorised modification.
  • Liability is limited to the value of goods.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Insolvency

We may cancel contracts, demand payment, or withhold delivery if:

  • The Customer becomes insolvent, bankrupt, or enters liquidation.
  • A receiver or administrator is appointed.
  • The Customer ceases trading.
  • We reasonably believe insolvency is imminent.

10. General Conditions

  • We may assign our rights or use subcontractors.
  • Written communication must be sent to the registered addresses.
  • Use of our logos, branding, or product images requires written consent.
  • No part of our website may be copied without permission.
  • The Contract is governed by Irish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
  • Only parties to the Contract may enforce its terms.
